Your account and access

GO LYRICS stores account identifiers, email, profile details, U.S. eligibility, saved content, active-use time, points, wins and other activity needed to operate your account. Authentication uses secured sessions and password hashes. The free-play trial is retired. Historical usage records may be retained, but do not grant access or run an activity clock.

Karaoke and song recognition

Karaoke plays only an exact recording with current authorization and its matching synchronized lyric timeline. Song recognition sends the microphone clip you choose to the connected recognition provider, such as a member-owned AudD account. Recognition may consume that provider account’s allowance and does not grant music or lyric playback rights. Microphone access always requires device permission.

Music Bingo

QR signup stores your chosen name, unique username and securely hashed passcode in a persistent member account. Cards, selections, marks, timing evidence and winner receipts are stored on the server so the game can survive refreshes and reject forged or duplicate claims. Other players and the host may see your stage name or username when a winner is announced; private account data and future song cues are not shown. A host may require a one-time, device-location check within 150 metres of an event. Your permission is requested before sending a location reading. Player coordinates are used for that check and are not stored; only the successful check-in time is retained with the event entry. The host’s event centre is stored privately and is not returned to players. Location readings can be inaccurate or spoofed and are not proof of physical presence. Owner-only analytics show aggregate schedules, unique players and completed rounds by host and event location, without player coordinates or financial metrics.

Profiles, connections and location

Profile photos, posts, friend requests, groups and external profile links are shared according to the controls shown when you use them. Points, wins and rankings have no cash value and are not a wallet. Nearby member and public-Live discovery use separate sharing choices and approximate location; precise coordinates are not shown to other members. You can change your sharing status and distance from Account.

Live audio and video

Camera and microphone access require device permission. Live sessions send selected audio and video through LiveKit. Public Lives may be discoverable; private Lives require an invitation or group access and a separate 21+ confirmation. Saved performances upload only when you choose to save them. Local playback analysis and Live transmission are different actions.

Payments and historical records

New paid sign-up is closed. Stripe may still process or retain information for an existing verified paid account, cancellation, refund, dispute or legally required financial record. GO LYRICS does not store raw card or bank account numbers. Historical billing, referral, wallet or payout records may be retained for accounting, security and dispute handling even though those product surfaces are not active.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, remove posts, manage connections and location sharing, leave Live sessions, and sign out from Account. Do not place sensitive personal information in public profile text, posts, recordings or Live chat.
